Did you know that laughing helps rid the body of toxins? Find something funny and let loose.
When was the last time you had a honest-to-God great laugh? Are you funny? Are you funny as a writer? Would you like to be? Where do you find humour in your life?
Write for fifteen minutes, or until you get a laugh-cramp.
